DAY 01. BKK/PBH –PARO

The flight into Paro on our national carrier, Druk Air, is a befitting introduction to the spectacular beauty of our country. In clear weather, magnificent views of the world’s highest peaks, give way to the lush green Paro valley as you land. Your Bhutanese escort from Authentic Bhutan Tours will greet you on arrival, and then drive you to the Paro National Musem. Lunch in the town. After lunch we will visit Paro Rimpung Dzong, the centre of civil and religious authority in this region Dinner and over night stay in hotel, Paro

DAY 02. PARO – TAKTSHANG

After the breakfast, we will go to Taktshang (Tiger’s Nest) monastery. We have to walk about 3hours up steep from the road end. The trail climbs through beautiful pine forest, many of the trees festooned with Spanish moss, and an occasional grove of fluttering prayer flags. Lunch pack lunch. After lunch, mediate in pursuing ones own spiritual goal. Dinner and over night stay in camp, Taktshang.

DAY 03. TAKTSHNAG – PARO

Till lunch time we will mediated and after lunch we will walk to back to Paro. On our way back to hotel, we will visit one of the oldest temples in Bhutan, Kyichu Lhakhang. Evening stroll around the Paro town. Dinner and over night stay in hotel, Paro.

DAY 04. PARO – THIMPHU

After breakfast, we will drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. Lunch at Thimphu. After lunch we will do sight seeing like visit to Memorial chorten, Art School and emporiums and gift shops in the capital. Evening walk around the Thimphu town.

DAY 05. THIMPHU – PARO

Till lunch time we will do sightseeing in Thimphu. We will visit Chnagangkha Lhakhang, Drupthop Lhakhang, Folk Heritage Museum and weaving centre. Lunch in hotel, Thimphu. After lunch we will drive to Paro. Dinner and over night stay in hotel, Paro.

DAY 06. PARO – AIRPORT

Today we will drive to Paro international Airport to catch the flight to your next destination. Our guide and driver will bid you farewell and we wish you a safe and pleasant journey back home and hope to see you again in Bhutan.
